Our large building, based a stone’s throw from busy Finsbury Park Station serviced by the underground, overground and many buses, makes an ideal place to have your meetings, meet the community and base your office.
We offer two large rooms and a kitchen for hire by the hour, half day and whole day, during the week and at weekends, including evenings until 10pm.
Our large Meeting Room has capacity for up to 50 people theatre style and up to 30 board meeting style. It has a screen and IT connections for presentations and hybrid meetings. The room can be hired in conjunction with the kitchen and/or the Front Room activity space.
Our fully equipped kitchen can be hired by the hour for catering for meetings, cooking classes, community meals, and celebrations.
Our Front room community activity space is directly accessible from the front of the building and is ideal for activities which engage with our local communities. Available to hire for community-facing events and drop-ins.
Each of our meeting rooms has access to a fully equipped kitchenette for use during meetings.
The meeting room and the front room can be hired separately or opened out into one large hall for bigger events.
The cost per room per hour is £25 per hour for not-for-profits. £40 per hour for other organisations.
Please enquire about weekend rates as we may have to include additional caretaking charges.
Tea and coffee can be provided at an additional cost (£3 per head).
